The hard inner sleeve of the Adidas Foam Roller takes this approach to the next level by enabling you to roll and massage muscle tissue much deeper than is possible with soft rollers.
Hours of testing goes into every one of our products. The diameter and length of the roller enables you to spend the least amount of time rolling whilst massaging the maximum amount of muscle tissue.
Simply find the muscle that is tense or fatigued then roll over it with your body weight on the roller (the only rule is that you roll in the direction of the muscle fibers rather than across them).

I'm really impressed with the quality of this gi. I will use it strictly for grading purposes. It's true a special feel, heavy, stuff and has that snap that you want in your gi especially for Kata. Special thanks to SNT and their staff as well. I think my next gi will be a kumite gi.
This gi is lightweight so it's easy to use for classes. In our style, it is quite demanding and training is 2 hours long and I've felt considerably cooler during class and easy to move around. I recommend this gi for any serious karateka.
